It is a good college for those who want to focus on their studies and their career.
Placements: Placements are good, and students who have a high CGPA have more chances of getting internships if they do well. They are recruited by the same company. Here, companies like Service Now, Oracle, Cisco, Amazon, and Flipkart recruit students. Internship starts from the 3rd year.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in the college, so we have to stay outside the campus. The mess food is average or maybe above average. The canteen is average. The infrastructure is good, though the class lags a bit in terms of neatness, as the college is more than 30 years old. The canteen and other empty spaces should be maintained well.
Faculty: Studies are top-notch. Faculty members help a lot when it comes to studies, and lab sessions are conducted every week. Teachers here are well-qualified, experienced, and friendly. Semester exams are moderate (depends on person to person), and sometimes, they may be difficult.
Other: The college has one main event, which is held every year. This is the only event we have here. There are clubs, like MUN, Silicon Synopses, etc.

Placements: Vasavi College of Engineering is a top 4 college in Hyderabad with its amazing placement offers. The highest placement obtained so far is 55 LPA for the 2024-25 batch. Companies like Google, Adobe, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Flipkart, and Amazon, like big MNCs, come to our college every year for placement. Average placement is 5 LPA. Placement percentage is up to 85 per cent. Many students who got placed have done an internship at first for up to 6 months or more. Roles offered are associate software engineer, Graduate engineer trainee, business analyst, junior analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: College is surrounded by lush green trees and scenery. It is up to 15 acres of land. It is near a military area and very near to many IT companies. College has 5-6 blocks for the cafeteria, library, and auditorium. IT block, CS block, ECE block, civil and mechanical blocks. I think college is a bit small and can't hang out much, but it's a mini green spot. Food here is good, and not the best. Game periods are very few because all periods are covered with classes, and there are fewer free periods.
Faculty: The faculty's explanation is very good. I honestly feel that their explanation is better than some of the intermediate colleges because they are more experienced. The teacher-student ratio is 1:65, and every person gets attention. The correction of exams is very strict, making students study even more. Mids are for 30 marks and sem is for 70 marks. 90-100 marks make an A+ grade, and further go down with grades such as A, B+ and so on. Courses offered in college are good, and they expose students to industrial experiences. The pass percentage every year is 80-90 per cent.
Other: I chose this course to learn more about VLSI chip designing, and I would like to learn more about semiconductors. ECE is the best course offered, and this is a good college with industry exposure. I wish there were a few free periods so that we could learn more on our own. There are up to 10 clubs in this college, from dance to MUN, and all clubs are very active. Fest happens once a year, and it's called Euphoria. Connection to people and gatherings, making friends and changing out is much more fun in this college.

Placements: Students are placed in the college at about 90% and the top recruiters are Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Amazon, and Providence. Average package is 6.5 LPA. And most of the students got internships in MNCs like TCS, Amazon, Gap, Deloitte, Infosys. Top roles offered in our courses are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Frontend development, Backend development, VLSI, Embedded systems, Network systems, MATLAB.
Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure available are good and well mentioned by the LAN assistant. And all the food items are very hygienic and tasty, and all kinds of sports are available, and they are all well-maintained. There are cricket nets to practice, and there is a football ground, a basketball ground, and they are all well-maintained.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and their teaching is of very high quality, and they are very qualified from the top universities. And the curriculum is very relevant to provide the students with industry experience. And the exams are very difficult in the semesters, and pass percentage is 60%.
Other: Annually, there are 4 days of fest, and scholarship is supported in the college, and there are so many extracurricular activities, like hackathons, etc.

Well-equipped labs and strong placements, but no hostel facility.
Placements: Around 69% of students from the ECE branch are selected through campus recruiting. The highest package is 12 LPA, the average package is 4.50 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Qualcomm AMD, etc., and such service-based companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and TCS.
Infrastructure: Labs such as digital signal processing, VLSI design, Embedded systems, microprocessors, and communication systems are available. Classrooms are spacious and good. Central library is well-maintained offering a wide range of books, reference books, and digital resources like IEEE.
Faculty: Internal assessments, labs, and assignments also contribute to the final score it help to maintain a good CGPA. 85%-90% of students pass in the first attempt. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The curriculum is a squad to Osmania University. Students are encouraged to do online courses such as NPTEL, etc.
Other: I chose ECE because it offers a strong foundation in hardware and software. Our College strictly follows the rules and guidelines of Osmania University and our college has several technical fests like (Acumen) and Euphoria, etc.

It has good placements for CSE and IT but not for ECE.
Placements: The total placement percentage of our department is 70%. Many companies like Qualcomm, Deloitte, etc., visit our college. The average package is about 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has many facilities. We also have a library, but there will be no AC in the classrooms and the management uses jammers a few times to prevent us from copying in exams. The campus is spread over 13 acres with greenery everywhere. We also have a playground.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very talented. Most of them are PhD holders and some are pursuing it currently. In the 1st and 2nd semesters, we have basic subjects and from the 3rd semester, the core part will enter the syllabus. Actually, the mid-examinations are tougher than the semester-end examinations. In the ECE department, the pass percentage is a minimum of 98%, which will be seen every year.
Other: Vasavi is a very good college in terms of education. It also has many clubs and also hosts MUNs and gives attendance for extracurricular activities.

I am satisfied with the college. It should provide a big ground and hostels.
Placements: Around 85% of students get placed in my course. The highest package is around 27 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. The average package is around 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Oracle, Silicon Labs, Zeta, Darwin Box, F5 Networks, and Principal Globals. Around 50% of students secured internships from VEDA IIT, Oracle, Deloitte, Modak, Cognizant, etc. Roles like software developer, verification, data analyst, and consultant are offered to students.
Infrastructure: We have multiple labs, and every lab has a Wi-Fi facility. The library is big enough, and all the books are available. But we didn't have hostels. Classrooms are big and very good ventilation is available. The food available in the canteen is completely veg and good in taste. Medical facilities are available. There are sports for both male and female. Both outdoor and indoor games are available.
Faculty: All teachers who teach us are very helpful. The lab assistants have very good knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, and as I am from ECE, I felt like little more software topics should also be included. The standard of semester exams is very good even though the mid and minor exams are also good.
Other: We have an annual fest every year and also a technical fest. I would recommend it for hostels, at least for girls. The campus life is so good, and the infrastructure is also good. We have a lot of plants and greenery. A little bigger ground should be provided, which would be helpful.

Placements: Around 80-85% of students got placed this year. The highest package is around 52 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies in ECE are MosChip, Valluka, Qualcomm, etc. Around 50% of students got internships which are likely to be converted to full-time. Roles offered in our course are chip designer, PCB board, verilog, etc.
Infrastructure: The equipment used in the labs is quite old and very delicate to handle. But labs in which we use computers are good and updated. The canteen food is decent and well-maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and experienced in their domain. They try to solve doubts of every student with utmost care and help students academically. The syllabus coverage in our course is good which covers almost every important topic and helps students to achieve their dream job.
Other: I joined this course because I like electronics. This college is one of the top colleges in Hyderabad so it will be the best option, which is available for me to join. Extracurricular activities are also available but not focused much.

Vasavi is the bright future.
Placements: The placement percentage is good in our college. In my course, it is 55.6% up to now. The highest package is 15 LPA and the lowest is 3.3 LPA. The top companies offering placements are Oracle, TCS, Infosys, Delhivery, and more. The roles offered are Software Engineer, App Developer, and more. Internships are also offered, with an internship percentage of 50%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and classroom facilities are good. We have 7 to 8 blocks for each department. In each class, there is a projector for explanations, and we have Wi-Fi connections for labs. We do not have a college hostel, so I live in an outside hostel. The food is not great, but I am adjusting myself. The canteen facility in the college is good. Medical facilities, sports, and games are also nice.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and interactive with students. They help not only with academics but also with personal and financial problems. They always give motivation to help students improve in the future. The curriculum is highly relevant to students, as per the department. The semester exam papers are also tough, and the pass percentage is 75%.

Hi, it's quiet a large number (66k), it's impossible to get admission in Vasavi or CBIT through EAMCET rank . You can try out for management seats.
