Absolutely satisfied because of good placements, faculty, and good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students get placed overall. In the EEE branch, most placements are through software and service-based roles. Some students got core-related opportunities. The highest package offered in my branch is around 14 LPA by Amazon, mainly offered to students with strong coding and technical skills. The average package in my branch is around 5- 6 LPA, and the lowest package is about 3 LPA offered by Amazon. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Wipro and IBM visit the campus. Internship opportunities are also available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my department is good and sufficient for learning. The college has well-equipped electrical labs, spacious classrooms, seminar halls, Wi-Fi and a central library with enough textbooks and reference materials, and we also have a digital library. We don't have a college hostel; students should stay in private hostels in Narsingi and Langer Houz, which are at a distance of 2 to 3km from the college. Food is below average in both places, but the maintenance of hostels is good in Narsingi. The quality of the food in the mess is average. Sports are conducted weekly once during the last period.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are well qualified, experienced and interactive when students ask doubts, but some of the faculty just read from the textbook and don't explain clearly. The curriculum is relevant and focuses on core electrical subjects. The semester exams are quite difficult. Practising weekly for 4 to 5 hours is enough. The pass percentage is about 85%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in electrical engineering and iam interested in government jobs. The best things about my course are the faculty who explain concepts clearly, as well as focus on placements, and another best thing is that the college mostly focuses on placements and studies. The only thing I didn't like in this college is that we won't get a mobile signal in the college, mainly for Jio SIM users, because the college is near a military area. We have many events like Bathukamma celebrations, traditional day, and the only event conducted in my college is Euphoria during April.

Best placements Every year.
Placements: 90 percent of students get placed. The highest package was 45 LPA and least was 4.5 LPA. Each and every student gets to train in such a way that everyone gets job here and many internship opportunities all along. Each and every stream gets their respective placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library are very much modified and very well maintained. Maintenance is good and better for education. Infrastructure is just fine. Hostels are fine and good quality of food is provided.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in different ways in exploring and gaining knowledge all though it is very much disciplined and known for the best college. It's very much concerned about the studies and lives of students. The semester exams are moderate.
Other: I chose Electrical and electronics engineering because it is very well designed and opportunities are very real and has very high value for the degree certificate.

A good college for placements and for quality education but still need some improvements.
Placements: In my course, about 70-80% students got placed. The highest package of 2023-2024 is 13LPA, the lowest is 6LPA and the average package is 7LPA. The top recruiting companies in our course are Oracle, TCS, Wipro, Cisco and many others. Top roles offered in our course are that of Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for my course is very good. The faculty members are well experienced and their teaching methods are also good. Labs are well-equipped with instruments. Classrooms are very good being spacious and having projectors available for PPTs. The college doesn't have it’s own hostel, the private hostels would cost you around 6k-8k per month with all the basic amenities.
Faculty: The teachers are well experienced, qualified and their teaching methods are also good. The course curriculum is relevant, it makes the students industry ready by giving real life examples and how to avoid problems and solve real life issues in the industry. The semester exams’ difficulty level is between medium and high. To pass a subject, minimum 40% aggregation is required.
Other: Due to my rank and cut-off, I chose this course. The flexibility of pursuing of this course towards public or private sector was also a factor along with the rapid growth in the EV Sector which may lead to more demand of electrical engineers in the future. To improve the course, there should more PPTs and videos shown for better understanding of the subject. Two fest are conducted by the college. One is a technical fest called ACUMEN and other is a cultural fest called EUPHORIA. The campus is surrounded by trees which is helpful in the summer for avoiding heat. There are various clubs which are open for only 2nd and 3rd year students like Arts, Writers, Flim Making, Photography, etc. There are two dance groups named Abhinaya and Team Ballet. We also have Swayam which is an entrepreneurship cell for the students who are interested in startups.

It’s an engineering college behaving like a strict school.
Placements: Around 80% of the students got placed in my course last year, but this year, the placements were less in our college. The highest package offered was 80 lacs and the lowest was 2.8 Lacs with an average package of around 4.5 Lacs in companies like TCS and Accenture. The role offered to our core series with the highest package is that of delivery manager.
Infrastructure: The college is really small infrastructure-wise. There is no Wi-Fi connection in the college. The labs are okay. The classrooms are good and the library has actually around 1 Lac books which is a decent number. No hostel facility is provided in the college and the sports are held once weekly.
Faculty: The teachers are will educated, qualified and helpful, but some of them are not capable of teaching some subjects. Even when the teacher is unable to teach a subject, the management is going to give that subject to her and she will teach us by reading out a paper.
Other: The best thing about EEE is that we can get government jobs after completion. The thing that should be improved is the course curriculum. The curriculum is updated and not useful for the present generation jobs.

Vasavi is very good in terms of placements.
Placements: We were able to place nearly 98% of students in our course. MNCs give the biggest remuneration package possible, i.e. 22 LPA. The typical compensation package is in the range of 5 to 6 LPA. Students who qualified for internships received monthly stipend of 40k per month.
Infrastructure: The greatest facilities are offered by our college. The hostel is well maintained and furnished with air conditioning. There is a canteen at the college. The greatest athletic, medical and gaming facilities are available on campus. All classrooms have air conditioning.
Faculty: Every educator is highly qualified. They know a great deal about the subjects they cover. The best quality is being taught. There are exams for the semister once a month. Between 30 and 33 percent of people pass. The teachers were always supportive and very knowledgeable.

Hi Karthik, according to last year admissions you can't get admission in ECE stream in Vasavi College of Engineering through your EAMCET rank.
