About my college and my experience in my college.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course when I was studying is 65%. They were placed in different companies. The highest package is 18 lakhs and the lowest is 3 lakhs. The top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and HCL, etc. About 50% of students got internship opportunities in different companies like Green Tech, HCL, Tata Motors, etc. Mechanical engineering and design engineer roles were offered by different companies.

Infrastructure: The mechanical engineering department is the 3rd biggest department in our college, and in each year, there are 3 to 4 sections (classrooms). Each classroom is well-equipped with fans, one AC, white and blackboards, benches, and a projector in each class with good Wi-Fi. Coming to labs, all labs are well-equipped with all experimental equipment and proper functions of machines. The lab in charge is good, and all labs are cleaned after every class. The library is good and big; we get every book we want, and we can take the book home before exams and return it.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to the students. They love solving everyone's problems and are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Each individual teacher has 4 to 5 years of experience. The course curriculum is very good, and it makes sense for industrial experience. Look, every exam is difficult, but if students follow the class every day and prepare well, it is very easy to pass the semester exams. The pass percentage is 80%.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because of my interest in sports cars and bikes. I like designing new models, and the best thing is that in mechanical design, software is very easy. The improvement should be in teaching design courses to students, mainly Catia V5 software. There will be 2 to 3 events every month, and a fest happens every year. We see a big crowd on campus in the evening times. The connectivity is good to buses and is near the city center. The campus is surrounded by restaurants, canteens, and party halls. We can get scholarships by writing the EAMCET exam.

The library is the most attractive thing I liked.

Placements: In the final year first semester, every student is eligible for an internship. Many reputed companies like WIPRO and Cognizant visited us; 70% are placed. The highest salary offered is 1500000 per year, and the average is 500000 per year. Seventy percent of the students are placed, getting placed in a reputed company.

Infrastructure: Freshers' party after our freshers join, Mahotsav in every February, and department fests will be held. Plenty of books and journals are available for students to study more in-depth into the subject. Smart boards are available in each class. Wi-Fi facility and limited occupancy per room are the facilities. Meal quality is okay, and weekly twice eggs and weekly once chicken are provided. Affordable prices but direct joining into the hostel. I rented in a PG which is beside the college.

Faculty: R-23 regulation that influenced me the most. It helps students to do hard work for their competitive exams. More visualization like presentations can be made to understand more accurately. For every month, there will be exams, and that will be a bit difficult.
