GVP for Future Engineers.

Placements: The placement program was very appreciable at our college, especially for mechanical engineering students. The 2020-2024 batch students got good placements, with many companies recruiting from our college. Top companies for mechanical engineering included Atlas Copco, with a package of 4.7 LPA.

Infrastructure: The hostel was very nice and located 2 km away from the college, with a bus facility available. The hostel provides free Wi-Fi, and the food quality and maintenance were good. Drinking water and lift facilities are also available. Ragging was not allowed.

Faculty: Teachers were well qualified, and the curriculum followed was from Andhra University. It was a fine curriculum, simplified, and as the college is autonomous, the syllabus could be updated and corrected by our experts.

Other: We celebrate events regularly, focusing mainly on ethical and moral values. Seminars are very well organized.

I am satisfied with the faculty and average placements in 2022. It has average infrastructure.

Placements: Around 10 out of 60 students get placed. The lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA and the maximum is 10 LPA. L&T, TCS, and other private companies also visit the campus. Almost 90% of the students get internships in different companies like power plants and other manufacturing companies. The most common role offered is as a role player.

Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in almost every classroom. Labs are good and well maintained and the classrooms are cleaned everyday. They look good, and the library is wonderful with all the books and Wi-Fi. All the facilities in the hostel are good and clean. The quality of the food is not that great but it tastes wonderful. There are not much medical facilities. The college encourages all types of sports and games. We also have cricket ground, a basketball court and volleyball court which are good enough.

Faculty: Teachers here are extremely well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is great. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make students industry ready. The exams are difficult, and the number of students who pass in all the exams is around 30%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. The best thing about the course is that it offers practical knowledge and makes us industry-ready.
