VVP is the best for research of the biotech department in Gujarat.

Placements: From the last five years, almost 100% of the students got placed from our college. As a fresher, you may get a stipend of ranging from Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 per month for internships. Many companies visit our college to provide placements for our department are Zydus, Cadila, Reliance and many others. As our department is research-oriented, most of the students opt for further studies like M.Tech in IITs or foreign universities to get the best exposure to their research work.

Infrastructure: In the biotechnology department, labs available are more than enough for research. Classrooms and library are also good. In our department, bioinformatics, general biotechnology, chemistry lab and tissue culture labs are available. There are also good labs and instruments like PCR, microprocessors, Laminar airflow, weighing machine, freezer, incubators, various shakers, different types of centrifuges and many more.

Faculty: Professors here are very helpful and support us in our course curriculum and also in our research-oriented project because biotechnology completely depends on project and research work. Our syllabus is also the latest and well designed, so it is very helpful in industries and also for further studies.

Other: I am a maths student, but I want to do research work. Biotech is a research-oriented department, which mainly focuses on new research work. So, I have chosen it. Campus life is very good here, and the environment is good on our campus.

Our college cares about students.

Placements: There is a high number of placements done till the day. Some of the alumni have been placed in standard and well-known companies of India and abroad. Some of them got admission in IITs, NITs and other well-known universities of India and abroad. There are many MNCs like Jyoti, Cadila, Nestle and many others who hired our alumni.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in our college are the best. There is a facility of an online library which is available 24x7, and there is also lifetime membership of library regardless of age and profession. There are also three air-conditioned seminar halls in which two of them are renovated recently, and one is near to the campus area. There is a variety of food available in the canteen, and there is also a new facility of lunch and breakfast added for students who want to stay after the college hours or who did not have proper breakfast. There are also well-equipped labs.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are qualified and skilful, and they are available for the student's excellence in study. Faculty members are ready for any kind of help 24x7. They not only share the best of their knowledge but also train students about the interview and gives essential knowledge for living life with moral values.

Other: I have chosen this course because it has a lot of opportunities and options from farming to pharmaceutical and from food to vaccine. Not only study-related activities are performed, but also, our interest-related activities are being performed. There are many clubs like nature club, NSS club, theatre club, music club, oratory club, dance club and other clubs also.
