VVP Engineering College is the best in all aspects.

Placements: 75% of students get their placement in our college. VVP is also one of the best engineering colleges in Rajkot. VVP ranked Saurashtra first in GTU for the last 3 years. Top placement companies are Reliance, L@T, many construction companies, and individual builders also hire many students from our college.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available at VVP engineering college but bus facilities are available in the college. Canteen place and canteen food are best and affordable for every student. There is only one canteen on the college campus but every type of vegetarian food is available there. VVP engineering college encourages only Indian food brands on the college campus.

Faculty: Teachers of VVP engineering college are highly qualified and share their best knowledge. Around 90 percent of teachers are double master's graduates and much helpful for poor students also. They also guide us in our projects and also give good advice for our future.

I am dissatisfied as they provide only theoretical knowledge.

Placements: The college provides internships, not placements. So, I can say that no student has been placed in our department, and whoever got placed is not satisfied with it. No company comes here for placements. All the students need to do a 6-month internship, and a stipend is offered.

Infrastructure: The labs are good. The classrooms are good, and the library is excellent. The canteen is very good and affordable. They don't provide junk food, and the price of all snacks and plates is very reasonable. Wi-Fi facilities are average.

Faculty: The teaching quality is average and purely theoretical. The teachers are helpful, and they try their best to give us knowledge. But it's not quite useful. Semester exams are not difficult.

Other: The college offers a wide range of options in the master's field.

It'll be a great experience to study in VVP if you are from Rajkot.

Placements: Our college starts a training programme for the final year students in 7th semester and place students according to their interest in the 8th semester. Last year, many of our seniors were placed in their desired fields. Local construction companies and one central government contract based company visited the campus for recruitment. The salary offered ranges between Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of every department of engineering is good. There are a world-class library and sports room. VVP has a laboratory for every required work for engineering. Especially in the civil branch, they have a material testing lab, CAD/CASAD lab, fluid mechanics lab, environment lab, soil lab, surveying lab, etc.

Faculty: Our college has very much experience and knowledgeable faculty members. Most of the faculty members are masters in a particular field. Many of them are PhD holders as well. Due to very well defined staff, our college always tops Saurashtra region in engineering. Our college organises one or two industrial visits every year.

Other: Two GTU tech fests were conducted in the college in the last two years.

You are here for a great college life and education then vvp is not worth of it.

Placements: Placements are not so good. The companies in campus are not so good at all. The placement of all students are not done. The internship in companies is also not provided. The highest packages from this is not more than INR 9 LPA- INR 10 LPA. So, this college is not worth it.

Infrastructure: The innner infrastructure is not good. There is no facility of hostel in college. The outer infrastructure is okay. But, the classrooms are not perfectly infrastructured. And the benches and blackboard is also not good. Over all, the infrastructure is the worst.

Faculty: Faculty is not so good and also not changing or recruiting new faculty as per demanding constantly. Faculty is not teaching so good. Also, the laboratories and equipments are not working properly. And some of the machines are only models.
