The college is decent. It has all the essentials being available for studying.
Placements: The placements of our college are decent, not many placements happen as it is a Bachelor’s degree college and so the placements rate is low. Students have to find internships and part time jobs on their own. Sometimes, the college helps in providing job opportunities to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was decent and up to the mark. The college consists of 2 blocks having double floored buildings. The college also has a canteen, library, auditorium, conference hall and sports ground for sport activities. There is an assembly ground for assembly.
Faculty: XITE College is affiliated to Kolhan University and it follows it’s syllabus. The college provides corporate law and tax, accounting, psychology and Math course. In the 3rd semester and in our 1st year, there’s a subject which focuses on building a base for the students. Subjects like business studies, organisation studies, digital education, etc. are taught.
Other: The college is value for money. The college offers a lot of seminar workshops and extra curricular activities for enhancing skills.

I had a great experience. It gave that exposure that I always wanted.
Placements: Placement was not that good. The highest was 1.8 Lacs. Average was very less. No good companies visited the college. Because it not touched that bench mark. It is still growing and has to go long way. I hope it does well in near future. Students are really talented but they don't that exposure.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure in good. It is in outskirts of Jamshedpur. It is really beautiful. It has very big play ground. Badminton court with football ground. It has library were student can do their self study. It has canteen in campus. It has girls hostel as well boys hostel. Food in and lodging in good. Student are kept in proper care.
Faculty: Faculty members are really helpful. They push student in each every activity. They bring best out of the student. Professor teaches the student in depth. Each and every topic are nicely taught. I really liked each and a very professor. The motivate each and every student int he class to do their best. Academically or other activities.
Other: Many events like sports, cultural activities.

Placements: When I was in my mid year I got a placement offer from icici bank which was hiring me for the position of associate in their company. Before joining I was briefed about the doings of the company in which it includes 6 months of training and then there they will place me somewhere as an associate. As I joined the training batch I came to know that it was all about field work and Selling insurances by visiting different palaces. I decided to quit as I was looking for desk job and which adds quality to my profession.
Infrastructure: When I was in xite college during my tenure we have moved to different campus. As earlier the campus we stayed we took that in lease for 10 years. And that period was about to get over and after completion we have shifted to different campus. The new campus was excellent, the only issue I faced was the shops was very far away from the campus. During day time it was okay but as the sun sets it becomes difficult for the people to get into the campus as you have walk approximately 1 km which is away from the road. The campus carries all kind of games through which you can entertain yourself during free time.
Faculty: Faculty are very friendly and is ready to help at any point of time. The only thing you have to keep in mind that when you enter the college you get every single chance to groom yourself in every field as it carries very less number of students. Coming to course curriculum it covers each and every thing which plays mandatory role in outside world. It is well designed and carries good subjects.
