The eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme at ICFAI University Jharkhand is that Candidates must pass Class 12 with minimum 45% aggregate marks with pass in each of the Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English courses. Sarala Birla University has not yet revealed the BTech admission deadline for 2026. Candidates can assume that the deadline will be scheduled between May and July. The reason for this is because BTech curriculum of Sarala Birla Ranchi begins in the month of August. The results of its accepted entrance exams are usually revealed in May.

The three years diploma, four years B.Tech Degree course with an annual intake of 30 students in each streams and two years M.Tech programme in all branches. The annual intake in the postgraduate programme is 18 in each stream.
