To secure admission to the BTech course at Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (VMSB UTU), applicants must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST categories) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or must be in possession of an equivalent diploma/B.Sc. degree with a minimum stipulated marks. Applicants then have to submit online on the official site, pay the application fee, and go through centralized counselling based on their score in entrance tests like JEE Main. After that, there is the UTU counselling, where there is allotment of seats, confirmation, and reporting at the allotted institute as the last part.
