GECET 2026: The Graphic Era University is accepting the GECET application form 2026 for phase 2 exam. Interested candidates can fill the application form online from the official website, geu.ac.in. The direct link to apply is also given below. Candidates can register for phase 2 exam till January 28, 2026The phase 2 exam is on January 31, 2026. Candidates must apply before the last date to appear for the exam.

GECET phase 1 exam was conducted on January 17, 2026. The exam will be conducted in multiple phases. Candidates must refer to the exam pattern and syllabus before starting the preparation. Read more to know above GECET 2026 Admission process.

What is GECET?

GECET is the entrance exam conducted by Graphic Era Deemed University to shortlist candidates for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the university. GECET test checks subject knowledge and aptitude of the candidates. Candidates can take the exam from their homes using a laptop or desktop. The admission will be based on candidates score in the GECET exam.

GECET Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognized board to apply for GECET 2026. Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The candidates must have scored above the minimum aggregate marks in the qualifying exam, this will vary for the course the candidates want to apply.

Candidates appearing for Class 12 exam are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam. They must fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

Candidates can apply for exam both offline and online.

GECET Online Application Form

Candidates can fill the online application form by going to the official website, geu.ac.in. They must register, fill the form, upload the documents and pay the application fee. Once the application fee payment of INR 1500 is done, candidates automatically become eligible for GECET.

The online application form can be filled either through the dedicated GECET portal or through the application portal at geu.ac.in or gehu.ac.in, depending on the preference of the candidates.

Apply for GECET 2026

Offline Application Form of GECET

Candidates can purchase the GECET application form from the Graphic Era campuses or admission centres for the same cost of INR 1500. Candidates must then fill the online application, upload a scanned copy of the offline application form, and include the custom serial number printed on the form.

Since the candidates had already paid the application fee while purchasing the offline application form, they need not pay the fee again while submitting the form online.

Vocabulary: Pure and Contextual (Phrasal Verbs, Idioms, Root Words, One word Substitution and Synonyms & Antonyms,) Gramatical Error based questions on (Pronoun and Antecendents, Tenses, Parallel Construction, Conditionals, Subject Verb Agreement), Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning (Parajumbles, Critical Reasoning).

Test Pattern of GECET 2026

As per the exam pattern of GECET 2026, the test will be conducted online as a remote proctores test. Candidates can take the exam in a laptop or desktop from their homes. For BTech admission, the quetsion paper will a total 100 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and fundamentals of Computer Science. Total duration of the exam will be 2 hours.

GECET result 2026 will be announced online by Graphic Era University on its official website. Candidates can check GECET 2026 results by logging in with the name and date and birth. The results will include details like name, roll number, marks obtained and qualifying status. Based on the GECET score, candidates are given admission and scholarships.
