Candidates willing to take admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Una must fulfil the following requirements:

• The candidate must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate.
• Also, candidates must have valid JEE-Main ranks based on which they can apply for the common counselling process through JoSAA and CSAB.

Hi, Both these universities are located in Solan and offer the four year BTech programme across multiple specialisations. While the current and past students of Shoolini University have rated it 4.3/5 on Shiksha, those of Bahra have rated it 3.2/5 in their reviews on Shiksha. Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), also known as JUIT Solan, basis its admission through a merit based system or entrance exams for certain courses. Undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees in a variety of subjects are available at JUIT Solan. These programmes include BTech, MTech, MSc, and PhD. National-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, GATE, and so on are used to determine admissions. JUIT offer a full-time BE/BTech programme (4-Years). Students need to score highly on the JEE Main exam in order to be admitted to this program. The JEE Mains shortlisted candidates are invited for the JoSAA counselling.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam takes place in the month of April every year. Whereas, the application form for Session 2 will be available on the JEE Mains website. The exam is conducted by NTA.
