Ramaiah Institute of Technology has a seat intake of 720 for the BTech programme. Candidates must complete the Class 12 with 45% score and must appear for TNEA counselling.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology is an autonomous private engineering college affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka had released the COMEDK 2025 exam date on its official website. The exam was held on May 10 but was postponed in some regions and later conducted on May 25 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. It was a computer-based test for Engineering and Architecture admissions.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore campus is quite safe for students as there is no entry permitted in the college without any prior permission or the college identity card. The college has CCTV cameras installed everywhere. There are night and morning guards ensuring the safety of students, teachers, and faculty. 

CMAT 2025 was on January 25, 2025, almost four months ahead of previous years. The CMAT exam is usually held in March-April, but in 2023 and 2024, it was held in May. The last time CMAT was held in January was in 2019.

The NTA announced registration dates via an official circular, which was released online on the NTA website on November 14, 2024. The CMAT 2025 exam schedule includes registration window open and close dates and form correction dates. CMAT 2025 registration has started, and the last date to apply was December 13, 2024, and the admit card was released on January 20, 2025.
