CUCET 2025 application form for Phase 2 admissions is now available. To fill out the application form of CUCET 2025, the candidates can follow the given steps.
Registration - First, the candidates will have to create an account on the official website with their name, contact number, email ID, and date of birth. Once the account is created, a username and password will be generated that candidates can use to access the online application form.

Fill the application form - To fill out the online form, candidates need to log in to their accounts using their username and password. Some of the details that candidates need to fill in the CUCET 2025 application form are:

Steps to Fill Offline CUCET 2025 Application Form
The candidates can access the offline CUCET 2025 application form through the brochure that can be purchased from the University admission offices/authorised centres by paying a fee of INR 1,000. After purchasing the brochure, the candidates will have to follow the steps:
- Go to cucet.cuchd.in.
- Register on the CUCET registration page and create a profile.
- After successful registration, a confirmation message was sent through SMS/E-mail.
- Scratch the CUCET form and fill in the unique number given on the form using the option available on the website.
- Fill in the current qualification with the school name and subjects. Candidates have to choose the CUCET 2025 exam date available in the dropdown.
- Appear in the CUCET examination on the scheduled date and time online with the registered login details.
- The result will be intimated through email. Otherwise, the candidates will be able to check it online through their login account.
