As per the UniRaj official website, the RULET exam consists of 4 sections:

1. English Language,
2. Legal Reasoning,
3. Current Affairs & GK
4. Logical Aptitude & Quantitative Aptitude 

The detailed syllabus of RULET 2026 as provided by the University of Rajasthan through the official notification. Candidates looking to sit for the exam must practice the questions related to these sections to ace the exam in first attempt. 

Candidates can check the RULET syllabus by visiting uniraj.ac.in. The exam covers four main sections: English Language, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs & GK, and Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning. 

Candidates will need to give 3 to 4 months of dedicated daily study to complete the RULET syllabus. However, if you start early, your chances of clearing the exam increase. 

RULET exam is taken by Rajasthan University as entrance exam who qualify the RULET exam will be able to get into counselling session. Exam duration is 2 hours with 150 MCQ question each question contains 2 marks and no negative marking. Examination fees is rs 2000. Eligibilty 12th passed with 50% marks and for SC/ST 45% marks for Rajasthan student for other state 60% marks needed in class 12. No age limit for the candidate. The Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test is conducted for admission to the 5-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) course. Candidates must note that the RULET Exam will be conducted in offline mode.

The RULET Exam is moderate in difficulty. Candidates who start early preparation for the RULET Exam have a higher chance of clearing it. 

The university does not publish the question paper however, it does provide RULET sample papers for candidates' convenience. Candidates seeking RULET question papers can find it on Shiksha platform. Candidates preparing for the the RULET exam must refer to the best resource books and practice as many sample papers and question papers to ace in the exam. Clearing the RULET exam is not that difficult when done in strategised manner.

The important dates for RULET Application Process will be released in notification. Candidates must note that they can fill it in both online or by visiting the University. To fill the application form, candidates must keep all documents ready. 

The mimimum qualifying marks for the RULET 2026 is announced in the notification. It will be announced after the release of the result. For each category, the cutoff will be different.

Candidates appearing for RULET 2026 exam day will have to carry the following items along with the admit card:

• A valid photo Identity proof as issued by the government authority
• Pen with blue or black ink, and an HB pencil to mark answers in OMR sheet
• A transparent water bottle

RULET is an entrance exam conducted by the University of Rajasthan. The RULET exam is for admission to the undergraduate Law courses. Interested candidates will be required to fill in the application form.
