RULET Syllabus 2023: Rajasthan University will release the syllabus for the RULET 2023 entrance exam along with the admission notification only. The entrance exam, Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test (RULET) is an offline examination with questions coming from the English Language, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, and General Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The total number of questions that will be asked in the exam will be 150 and the total marks in the exam will be 300. The candidates can check the RULET syllabus on this page to prepare for the exam.

The test will have 3 sections that are:

  2. Legal Reasoning, Current
  3. (a) Affairs and General Knowledge, and (b) Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning

English Language: 100 marks

  1. Reading Comprehension
  2. Grammar: Tenses, Phrasal Verbs and Idioms, Co-ordination & Subordination, Articles and Determiners, Active & Passive Voice, Direct and Indirect Speech, Antonyms and synonyms, Modals expressing various concepts (Obligation, Request, Permission, Prohibition, Intention, Condition, Probability, Possibility, Purpose, Reason, Companions, Contrast)

Legal Reasoning: 100 marks

  1. Latin maxims
  2. Legal words
  3. Indian Constitution and constitutional development
  4. Basic study of Law

Current Affairs and General Knowledge: 80 marks

  1. Current events of national and international importance
  2. Arts and culture of Rajasthan
  3. Indian history
  4. Science and Technology & Social Science
  5. Historical events of continuing significance

Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning: 20 marks

  1. Apply various 10th standard mathematical operations on such information, including from areas such as ratios and proportions, basic algebra, Profit and loss, time and work, average, speed and distance, ratio and proportion.
  2. Logical reasoning: Alphanumeric Series, Reasoning Analogies, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Odd One Out, Picture Series and Sequences, Pattern Series and Sequences, Seating Arrangements, Statement and Assumptions, Syllogism
