CUCET 2026 application form for Phase 1 admissions has been released at cucet.cuchd.in. The offline CUCET application form 2026 are also available at the University admission offices/authorised centres. The final date to submit the applicaiton form of CUCET 2026 for Phase 1 is April 30, 2026. Chandigarh University is conducting the CUCET 2026 Phase 1 exam as an online, remote-proctored test until May 1, 2026. During registration, the students can choose their preferred exam slot. 

Candidates have to follow the CUCET 2026 rules and regulations. They should have a laptop, a web camera and a stable internet connection. An exam invigilator is also available for the candidates on 'Live Chat' to guide and answer their queries during the exam. For Phase 2 admissions, the dates will be announced soon. For qualified candidates, Chandigarh University has committed up to INR 210 Crores in scholarships - INR 170 Crores for the Punjab campus and INR 40 Crores for the Uttar Pradesh campus. CUCET 2026 application form process for Phase 1 is now available. Candidates can now access and fill out the application form of CUCET 2026 online at cucet.cuchd.in. CUCET 2026 registration link for Phase 1 exam is now available until April 30, 2026. Candidates can fill application form offline or offline. In CUCET application form, candidates will have to provide the required details. All of the details submitted have to be correct. The application form fee is INR 1000. CUCET Chandigarh University 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring for admission to Chandigarh University are required to fulfil all the eligibility conditions before filling the CUCET application form. The prescribed eligibility for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses is as follows:

Eligibility for UG courses:

  • Candidates must have secured 50 per cent or more marks in their secondary Education (10+2) from a recognised Board (CBSE/PSEB/ICSE or any other recognised State/National Board).
  • Students appearing for secondary education (10+2) in 2026 are also eligible to apply for the CUCET.

Eligibility for PG courses:

  • For admission to postgraduate (PG) courses, the students should have scored 50 per cent or more marks in their graduation.
  • Candidates must have passed their graduation from a UGC recognised University.

Q:   What is the CUCET application fee?

While filling CUCET application form, candidates have to pay application fee of INR 1000. Fee can be paid online and offline. For online payment, candidates will have to pay through net banking/credit card/debit card. However, if candidates want to pay fee offline, then they have to report to admission centre to make payment and fill offline application form.

Q:   Will CUCET application form be available offline?
A: 

Yes. Candidates will be able to access the CUCET application form offline. To purchase the offline application form of CUCET, the candidates will have to report to the University admission offices/authorized centres. The offline CUCET application form will not be available in any other venues. To access the application form, the candidates will have to pay the required fee at the venue. Important details have to be filled out in the application form of CUCET. However, the selection of examination date and time has to be done online.

CUCET 2026 Scholarships

CU has allocated INR 170 crore for the academic year 2023-24. Upto 100% scholarships will be offered for students to study futuristic courses of their choice at North India’s central educational hub. The amount of scholarship is determined based on merit. The merit list is prepared on the varsity basis of marks scored by candidates in CUCET (60% weightage) as well as the graduation/ Class XII (40% weightage) exam. Conditions for Continuation of CUET Scholarships

To maintain the CUET scholarships, the students should meet the listed criteria.

  • Students should maintain a minimum of CGPA 7.5 in their regular semester exams in their first attempt.
  • Should not have any grades of E, F, I or Not Qualified.
  • No semester/year drops are allowed for Pharma D. Programme.

If the students fail to meet the requirements, the scholarship will be discontinued. Reapplication in the next academic year will be allowed if they meet the criteria, however, only 50% of the initially sanctioned scholarship will be provided. It is to be noted that the students will not be able to swap scholarship schemes in the upcoming years and multiple scholarships cannot be availed simultaneously.
