Important Instructions regarding the TS PGECET 2025 Phase II Counselling
- Candidates who have attended the certificate verification in the first phase can directly exercise web-options in the phase II counselling.
 - The leftover seats after the allotment of GATE and GPAT students will be offered to the TS PGECET-qualified candidates.
 
Who can participate in the TS PGECET 2025 Phase II Counselling?
- Candidates who have secured a seat in the first phase and wish to move to some course or college for admission.
 - Candidates who had participated in the first phase counselling but did not secure a seat.
 - Candidates who couldn't participated in the first phase counselling.
 - Candidates who were allotted a seat but did not pay fees or report to the allotted college.

TS PGECET Counselling 2025: Procedure
The TS PGECET 2025 counselling process is conducted online in multiple phases. Qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the counselling round. Here’s one can attend the TS PGECET admission counselling 2025 -
- Candidate registration and counselling fee payment - This is the first stage of the counselling process. Here, applicants have to register at the portal and pay a fee of INR 1200 (general category) and INR 600 (for reserved category).
 - Now, candidates have to provide their personal, communication, and academic details.
 - After submitting the form, candidates have to visit the TS PGECET help centres to get their documents verified. Candidates had to carry a copy of self-attested copies.

Certificates to be Uploaded during Registration and Filling the Application Form
Candidates who have qualified in GATE / GPAT / TS PGECET are required to upload the following documents for verification:
Scan and upload the original certificates, which include:
- GATE / GPAT Score card / PGECET Rank Card.
 - Original Degree / Provisional Certificate (PC) & Consolidated Memorandum Marks (CMM) of the qualifying Examination.
 - Intermediate / Diploma / 10+2 Certificate.
 - SSC pass certificate or its Equivalent as proof of Date of Birth.
 - Bonafide (Study) certificates from Class IX to Graduation.
 - Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination, i.e., Graduation, for candidates who have pursued private study without any institutionalized education (Distance / Open education mode).
 - Integrated community (Caste) certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable, for BC / SC / ST candidates issued after June 2, 2014.
 - Latest Income Certificate on or before January 1, 2025, if applicable.
 - Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation certificate
 - Non-local candidates need to submit specific certificates to be considered for allotment under unreserved seats. Residence or Employer certificates are also needed for the verification process.

Options chosen in one phase will not be taken into account for any other phase of counseling. Candidates are required to select options afresh for each phase of web-based counselling. If candidates are satisfied with their previous allotment, they need not re-exercise their options. Options can be exercised for certain colleges even if vacancies are not currently available, as vacancies may open up due to sliding, cancellations, and conversions.

Qualified and eligible candidates who have appeared in GATE / GPAT exams in 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as TS PGECET 2025, are hereby notified to participate in the TS PGEC / TS PGECET Web Based Counseling. This counseling is for admissions to M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Arch / M. Pharmacy/ Pharm. D (P.B.) courses.
