TS PGECET 2026 News & Notifications: Application, Dates, Cut Offs & more

TSCHE released TS PGECET (Phase I) provisional seat allotment result on July 26, 2026. Candidates whose name is included in the eligibility list and have done their web-option entry can check their seat allotment results.

Yes, JNTU Hyderabad allows candidates to submit their TS PGECET application form after the deadline. The registration late fee schedule are updated along with official notification. However, they have to pay an additional fee. 

There is as such no fixed number of seats through TS PGECET admission. However, the seat count changes every year. The seats are mainly divided into two parts:

• Convenor Quota Seats (70 to 80%)

• Management Quota Seats (20 to 30%)

There are majorly two regional exam centres where Telangana PGECET exam is held: Hyderabad and Warangal. 

To download TS PGECET 2026 rank card, candidates need to provide their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth.

Full form of TS PGECET is Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test. It is a state engineering exam conducted to offer admission to M.Tech colleges in Telangana.

The TS PGECET rank card is valid for one academic year. Candidates can use their scorecard to apply to postgraduate engineering colleges in Telangana (government and private institutions). 

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education conducts TS PGECET counselling. While JNTU Hyderabad conducts the admission process.
