TS POLYCET Counselling 2025: Seat Allotment (OUT), Internal Sliding Ongoing, Dates

The following steps are involved in the TS POLYCET counselling process:

Step 1: Online filing of Basic Information and Slot Booking

Candidates who were assigned ranks in the TS POLYCET 2025 exam had to register for the online counselling process. To register, candidates had to fill in some basic details in the online form. After that, candidates had to pay the processing fee as applicable. The candidates then had to book the slots to appear for certificate verification at the helpline centres. Candidates had to select the helpline centre, date and time to attend the certificate verification process.

Step 2: Document Verification

As per the slots booked by the candidates, the candidates had to visit the helpline centres for document verification. Candidates had to carry all the certificates in their original format to the centre.

Step 3: Exercise Options

Candidates had to enter the choice of courses and institutes online.

Step 4: Allotments of Seats

As per the ranks of the candidates in TS POLYCET 2025 and the options exercised by them, the course and institute were allotted to them. Candidates could download the allotment order from the official website under their respective logins.

Step 5: Payment of Fees & Reporting at Polytechnic

The candidates who were satisfied with the allotment had to confirm the seats by reporting at the allotted college and paying the requisite fees. 

Candidates can check the steps below to exercise options in the TS POLYCET counselling 2025 choice-filling process:

• Immediately after Certificate Verification, the Login ID is sent to the candidate's registered Mobile Number.
• Download the list of colleges/branches/districts from the website https://tgpolycet.nic.in.
• Next, take the printout of the Manual Option Entry Form from the website.
• Thereafter, candidates have to log in and enter the options on the website by referring to the Manual Option Entry Form prepared by them.
• Candidates are advised to exercise options carefully in the order of priority. The order of priority of options is an important criterion in securing the seat. The candidate has to exercise as many options as possible to avoid the disappointment of not getting a seat. Candidates can exercise and modify the options any number of times within the scheduled dates.
• Take a printout of the final options saved for reference.

The authority announced the TS POLYCET seat allotment 2025 for the internal sliding round on August 5. The seat allotment for TS POLYCET 2025 is available on the website, tgpolycet.nic.in. To check the seat allotment status, the candidates have to enter their login ID, hall ticket number, password and date of birth. To confirm their admission, the students must pay the required fee online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. The online self-reporting process also has to be completed before the final date. No other mode is used to declare the seat allotment.

Eligibility for admission via TS POLYCET 2025 counselling is as follows:

• The candidate should be an Indian National.
• The candidate should belong to the State of Telangana /Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidates should have passed the SSC Examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, TS/AP
• Candidates belonging to NIOS/TOSS/APOSS/CBSE/ICSE/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by Telangana State should have passed all the subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
• There is no age restriction for seeking admission into Diploma Courses in Polytechnics.

Originals with 3 sets of photocopies have to be submitted at the time of admission.

• Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination.
• Community Certificate from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) in respect of BC, SC and ST candidates.
• Certificate showing the Date of Birth.
• POLYCET Hall ticket and Rank Card.
• Certificate of study for the entire period of education from Class IV to X.
• Caste and category certificates as needed.
