TS POLYCET Exam Pattern 2026: SBTET, Hyderabad will release the TS POLYCET 2026 exam pattern in its notification. Candidates must check the TS POLYCET exam pattern for their preparation. The paper pattern provides details on the exam duration, number of questions, marking scheme and more. As per the TS POLYCET pattern 2026, the exam will be held in offline mode for 2 hours 30 minutes. The Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) is conducted as a state-level test for admission to diploma courses. As per the TS POLYCET exam pattern 2026, the question paper will have topics from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of the Class 10 (SSC) examination. Candidates have to check the exam pattern before the exam. The TS POLYCET exam pattern is different for Polytechnic and Agricultural Polytechnic programmes.

Particulars Details
Total number of questions The question paper for the Common Entrance Test for Admission into Polytechnics consists of 120 Questions.
Number of question papers One question paper has 4 sections.
Type of questions All questions are of multiple choice type. Each question will have a stem and four answers noted against as 1,2,3 and 4. Out of these four, only one is an appropriate answer to the statement given in stem and the other three are distractors.
Language of the question papers Both in Telugu and English.
Mode of the TS POLYCET 2026 exam Offline ie, candidates have to mark the answers in the OMR sheet provided.
TS POLYCET marking scheme Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers
