Bundelkhand University does offer direct admission based on merit of the aspirants to a limited courses. The university considers qualifying exam scores for admission to BA, BA (Hons), and other programmes. For most of the courses, aspirants either have to appear for university-level or national-level entrance exams.

University of Lucknow also offers direct admission to vacant and NRI seats for BTech and MCA programmes. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 40% to 60% in Class 12 for UG level admissions. For PG level admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50% in graduation. 

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University generally offers admissions through merit or entrance basis for its popular courses. But for the less popular courses, students can apply directly. AMU MA is a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. Candidates who have scored at least 50% in Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline are eligible to pursue MA at the university. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can pursue MA at some other college or university. There is no other way around to get direct admission in any of the UG or PG courses at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU). The course admission is firmly based on the score of CUET conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Students who want to pursue any particular course must take the CUET exam, and if the candidate is able to get a good rank that is above the closing rank mentioned in the cut-off list released by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), then the student can register for the counselling round followed by document verification along with the fee payment.

Allahabad University UG Counselling process is now over for 2024 admission. Allahabad University cutoff 2024 has been released for LLB admission. Candidates seeking admission at Allahabad University for LLB courses must have minimum CUET scores of 160 for the General AI category students. Also, candidates seeking admission to the university must keep a check on the official website for the cutoffs of all courses. 

The application fee for each SVSU course is INR 1,500. Aspirants can pay the application fee in any of the online payment modes. Candidates applying offline for admission can pay the application in the form of DD. Aspirants need to pay DD  in favour of "Swami Vivekanand Subharti".

MJPRU admissions are either entrance or merit-based. Candidates have to qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any of the UG & PG courses. For PG courses, MJPRU conducts the MJPRU entrance exam. Apart from that for courses such as BPharm, BTech, MBA, MCA, etc., the university accepts valid scores of JEE Main, CUET UG & CUET PG entrance exams. Further, for other UG courses, admissions are entirely based on the merit obtained in the previous qualifying exam.
