Anyone studying law or is about to study law can study Corporate Law. To study a three-year or five-year law course, candidates must ensure that they have completed Class 12th from a recognised board and have cleared entrance examinations such as CLAT, AILET etc. Similarly, those who wish to pursue Corporate Law at the postgraduate level can pursue it after completing LLB/integrated LLB from a recognised university. 

The Corporate Law is a specialized subset of business law. It teaches candidates about the legalities that govern businesses. LSAT India has been discontinued by LSAC.
