No, you don't necessarily need Maths in Class 12th or previous academic qualification to be eligible for Corporate Law. Entrance exams like CLAT and CUET test basic Mathematics and logical reasoning. Since Corporate Law has a lot to do with Taxation and Investment you do need to know how to do basic calculations. Overall, no high level of Statistics, Accounting or Algebra is needed.
