Apart from the above qualities, a brand management graduate must be well-motivated and have good communication skills. He or she must also have a flexible and patient bend of mind and must be prepared to travel, as and when required.
We all know that M.Phil is not a very popular course compared to MBA. So we cannot expect for good placements in any colleges for this particular course. In this college the placements are not that much good compared to other colleges. I have reasons for it. This college is not famous for its M.Phil course and another reason is there are only 15 seats in this course so no by which we can know that this college has no interest in getting placement for this course. I want to clarify that I am not saying that placements are not coming in this college, I am saying that the package the company offers is very low compare to other colleges.
The institute has persistently recorded a 100% placement rate over the past two years. During MICA placements 2025, over 195 appeared for the recruitment process.
