Online classes, a new mode of learning in this technological era. The online classes are being taken by the schools and colleges in this pandemic situation across the country. I am attending online classes conducted by my college in this lockdown. The main difference between the online class and the real mortar class is this that the teacher is present physically in the mortar class while in the online class, the teacher is present virtually.
The students could attend the online class from anywhere while in the real class it is not possible. Since childhood, we have the habit of going to the school and attending classes in a classroom but in this pandemic, we have got an experience of learning through online classes. The online classes help save time and transportation cost (especially for those who come to college from distant places).
The main advantages of online classes is that you can attend the classes wherever you are and need not go to the school/college while that of real classrooms is that you can physically study in the classroom. Also, asking doubts and doing work becomes easier and a sense of discipline is maintained in the traditional classrooms. The disadvantage of an online class is that one would miss the class due to the slow internet or any other technological issue. I would always prefer the offline classes over online classes as the main feeling of sitting in the classroom and learning in a suitable atmosphere is not there in online classes.
I am trying to use all my free time developing my hobbies and find my hidden hobbies.
I am reading good books, gaining knowledge on the Finance stream as I am pursuing MBA in Finance.
As the exams are being postponed by the university, I am trying to get all the practical knowledge and not just staying confined to theoretical knowledge. Also, I am doing several online courses that are available on Google like Advance Excel courses, enhancing communication skills and writing skills, etc. The new dates of exams are not given specifically by the university, however, the exams might be conducted in the MCQ format in July or August depending on the situation of the COVID-19.
I am planning to appear for the government banking exams and my preparations are going on through online videos and classes. I try to download many books on banking exams so that I could practise them at home.
My parents are not very much involved in my college life as they are government employees and have to go to work. But they often try to stay updated by attending parents meetings online, asking for the exams dates and result dates, etc.
