The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is one of the premier B-schools in India. The institute is most popular for its flagship programme MBA in International Business (IB). The course is offered by IIFT at its three campuses – Delhi, Kolkata and Kakinada. For about 400 seats, almost 50,000 candidates appear for IIFT entrance exam. Not to forget, that IIFT invites application from MBA aspirants on the basis of GMAT score as well. Given the skewed ration of aspirants and seats, it is obvious that getting selected for admission requires much more than just good score in the entrance exam. This year, the institute has launched MBA in Business Analytics, admission for which is through IIFT entrance exam. For this course too, candidates will have to not only clear the IIFT 2023 exam, but also clear the interview round.
Yes, the candidates need to perform exceptionally well in the Writing Skill Assessment (WSA), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds too.
