Students' Speak: Internship is an essential part of curriculum at IBS Gurgaon

IBS Gurgaon has its own internship cell who takes care of the internship that is provided to the students. They understand the requirement of the recruiter and select students as per their needs.
The internship comes with 18 credits, which usually goes on for 3 months approximately. After the internship students have to go through project submission. It plays a vital role in MBA career because it reflects how you have worked in the corporate or in the industries.
An internship gives an edge to the freshers who do not have any prior industry experience.
Projects undertaken during internship or otherwise to benefit placements
Students who go under internship have to be specialized in the field they want to take in future.

The procedure is almost the same as placement process GD-PI, Aptitude test, soft-skills and presentation skills
Off-campus placement activities
There are no off-campus placement activities that take place in the IBS campus. All the students are placed in the same year. Some students opt out because they want to join their own family business or want to be an entrepreneur. IBS has been holding a 100% placement record for the past few years.

The students have to go through intensive training for 3 months and prepare individual reports on the company he/she is working with. Students are allocated under two mentors, one from the college and another one from the company itself. After every 15 days, students have to submit a working update report to the respective mentors that are allocated. College mentors make surprise visits to the companies in order to see how the students are performing and to take feedback from the company mentors.
The highest internship stipend offered for 3 months was Rs. 45000/. After completion of the internship, students have to prepare for individual presentation which will take place in two phases. Marks will be given out of 100 by 3 panellists. After successfully completing the internship programme, the student will be graded.

The one-time payment for an MBA course at IBS Gurgaon is INR 10,000. This fee amount is basically a refundable caution deposit along with the 1st installment of fee across all the campuses.

IBS Gurgaon MBA tuition fee is 9.1 lakh. After final selection, candidates need to pay admission fee amount to confirm seats. It should be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It can be revised and hence, is indicative.

IBS Gurgaon application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. The application fee for PGPM course is INR 1,800. This application fee is also a fee for IBSAT exam.

To pursue PGPM/MBA from IBS Gurgaon students must have a UG degree of 3/4 years with a minimum aggregate of 50% in their bachelor's degree examination (final year). Students must also qualify for and have a valid scorecard from one of the accepted entrance exams such as IBSAT, CAT, GMAT, NMAT, etc.
