Placements: Top companies ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Mahindra, and other companies came. The average package is also good. The percentage of students who got internships is also good. Many other companies come to college and many students get placements in these firms.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure at this university is good. Classrooms and building are well developed. They have all facilities like library and computer labs with all the latest technology. They have all the facilities provided, and the course is relevant for the students.

Faculty: The faculty at this university is very helpful. All are well-qualified and well-educated. The course curriculum is relevant and it is helpful for students or aspirants for career growth as this course helps them to excel in their career to achieve higher positions.

It is the best university in Odisha.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA and the lowest salary package was 2 LPA. Around 50% of students got placed in our college. The roles offered were customer relationship manager, management trainee, etc. Internships were provided to all students.

Infrastructure: There were separate departments in our college. Our college provided Wi-Fi, a computer room, separate classrooms, and a library. The quality of the food was good. Sports, medical, and games facilities were available.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were good and helpful. Most of them were well-qualified with NET, JRF, or Ph.D. The course curriculum was relevant for the future. Exams were not difficult to pass if students study well. The pass percentage was 100%.

Other: All the events, sports, and extracurricular activities were good in our college. Campus crowd was more.

I am partially satisfied with my department I want some more things to be implemented here.

Placements: Our department had brought some good companies like axis bank, indusland bank, sri ram finance, nexa, surya international the company took students from 3 specialisations such as Marketing, HR and finance 66% of students were placed successfully and the average salary which was offered by companies was 2.4 lake per annum.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi facility which has pretty awesome speed and the department has a library with almost more than 5000 books and our every class room is equipped with projector and all rooms are fully furnished with good sitting arrangement we also have good medical facility for emergency.

Faculty: The faculty members are very experienced and knowledgeable they are very helpful in nature and very friendly the most important thing about our faculty members is they are always available for the students and if the student need any personal help then the faculty members are always ready for the help.

Other: Alumni meet, national seminar.

My view of Sambalpur University's master of business administration department.

Placements: For finance specialisation students, the department offers good placements. Overall, 70% of finance students are placed on the campus. Particularly in my batch, 4 financial companies came which were ICICI Bank, Shri Ram Finance, HDFC Bank and India Insurance Company. If you talk about internships, the department also helps to get internships in very good organisations like MCL, SAIL, Maruti Suzuki, etc.

Infrastructure: If I talk about particularly the MBA department infrastructure, then it was very good. The department gave library facilities, free Wi-Fi, free book facilities, a computer lab, an AC hall, etc. The quality of food available in the canteen was not very good but not very bad as well. The hostel was located in very good place those who love nature. This was the best place to study. Overall, the infrastructure was very good some structures are made to develop the university. Recently, Sambalpur University was graded as a 'Grade A' university.

Faculty: Faculty members are so cooperative but some of them are very strict on their rules and regulations, especially the HOD. In my time, we did not get industry exposure but some batches got that opportunity. Most of them are professors who passed out from IIM Ahmedabad.

Other: Nowadays, Sambalpur University is developing very rapidly. Students are coming from across India some international students also joined the University. The university also made an international hostel for them in which they so many facilities like libraries, food, a sports ground, free Wi-Fi, etc.

Other: The college facilities are not so good and the campus infrastructure is also bad. There are improper hostel facilities for students, classrooms and library are not well maintained but the college authorities are working on the infrastructure as it is under development. Don't expect placements from the college, because they charge very less fee, so you can’t expect much. The faculty is good but does not belong to any reputed institute.
