As per the latest report, the participating recruiters placed over 10000 students of the batch 2025. In 2024, the a total 9124 students were placed. Going back to 2023 placements, 7,500 students of the Chandigarh University (CU) were placed in reputed companies.

CMC Ludhiana cutoff 2024 was concluded after release of the last round seat allotment results. The cutoff was released for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. The cutoff for the General All India category candidates, the cutoff for MBBS was 17570 and for BDS, it was 100651. For the OBC All India category candidates, the cutoff rank for BDS was 79880 in the last round. Among the SC AI, ST AI, PWD AI and EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff was 79880. 

Hostel fees for Engineering Hostels (I. e. Band Singh Bahadur, Mai Bhago Hostel & Bebe Nanki) is INR 920 per month whereas for other Hostels it is INR 420 per month. There are six residential Hostels for boys and seven residential Hostels for girls. The Hostels have all modern amenities for comfortable living for 4000 students. The hostels are given on a merit basis only. The students of low-income groups can be given free accommodation in the University Hostels. Residents of a hostel, where a cooperative mess is being run shall have to pay INR 5000 in advance as a mess bill. This amount is refundable/adjustable as and when the student leaves the hostel or the mess is closed permanently.

Yes, for some course, GNDU takes admission without entrance exam. The admission to those courses is allotted based on the merit secured in the qualifying exam.

Chitkara School of Health Sciences offers admission to UG and PG courses based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The college conducts a personal interview conducted by Chitkara University to shortlist candidates. To be eligible for UG courses, students must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. Desh Bhagat University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The university considers merit in the last qualifying exam to shortlist students for some of its courses. However, students are also selected based on valid score secured by them in the accepted entrance test. Some of the entrance-based courses are PhD, MBA, BDS, BAMS, etc. Hence, it is not as easy to categorise the university's admission into merit or entrance basis. As of the latest updates, the placement scenario for DPharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) at RIMT University is positive. The university has a dedicated placement cell that assists students in securing job opportunities. Yes, Swami Vivekanand Group of Institutes is good. Swami Vivekanand Group of Institutes (SVGOI) was established in 2004 under the aegis of Sh. Raghunath Rai Memorial Education & Charitable Trust. The SVGOI offers more than 40 courses to students in nine domains. These courses are provided across the Pharmacy,  Engineering, Management, Education, Law, and various other streams.
