CSEET Mock Test January 2026: Steps to Appear; Download Safe Exam Browser

CSEET mock test is conducted to familiarise candidates to the actual test environment and also validate the compatibility of the software and hardware. If the candidate encounters any technical issue during the mock test they must contact the technical support notified on the email address sent to all the candidates. There are no prescribed number of attempts for CSEET. Candidates can appear for the CSEET exam in multiple attempts until qualified. The validity of the CSEET scorecard is one year. ICSI conducts CSEET examination four times in ayear i.e, January, May, July and November. Candidates can choose to appear for any of the four sessions. However, candidates must stay updated with the cut off dates of CSEET examination.

CSEET mock test is released one week prior to the date of examination. Candidates who have registered for the exam will be sent the link for CSEET mock test on their registered email ID or phone number via SMS. CSEET 2026 mock tests are accessible through mobiles, however, candidates are advised to take the mock test through desktop/laptop to check the compatibility of the hardware. Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the CSEET exam through mobile on the day of examination. Candidates appearing for the CSEET exam through mobile will not have actual exam experience that is intended to be provided to the candidates. Candidates accessing the CSEET mock test through mobile will not have real exam day experience, scroll multiple times to read the question paper, and becomes difficult to read. Hence, for better experience and to know the compatibility of the desktop or laptop candidates must not take the CSEET mock test through mobile.

CSEET total marks are 200 marks. The question is divided into four sections:

• Business Communication
• Legal Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment
• Quantitative Aptitude

For every correct answer candidates will get one or two marks. There will be no negative marking. CSEET total score will for each subject will be 100 marks from June 2026 onwards.

• Hair, clothes, or any other object must not cover face.

ICSI conducts the CSEET examination in online mode- remote proctored mode. In this mode of examination, candidates can appear for exam from the place of their comfort. In this mode of examination, candidates must follow the exam day guidelines to appear for the remote proctored mode examination. Candidates failing to meet criteria, will not be considered for further registrations. 

ICSI conduct CSEET examination for two hours (120 minutes). Candidates have to attempt 200 Multiple Choice Questions in given time. Candidates will not be given extra time under any condition. The question paper will be submitted once the duration is over. ICSI conducts the CSEET exam in remote proctored mode. 

Test taker can use their phone/mobile to contact the ICSI helpdesk for any issues and get help with login. Once the candidate is logged in and the test process begins the student cannot use their phones/mobiles. 

During the CSEET exam, candidates should use only the chat box to contact the online invigilator. The use of mobile phones and any other electronic items during the test is strictly not allowed. If found, the candidate will be disqualified from the exam.
