The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has announced CSEET November 2025 pass percentage. This year has marked the highest CSEET pass percentage, depicting improvement in CSEET pass rate. ICSI CSEET Pass Percentage 2025- Qualifying Criteria

To be declared pass, candidates must meet the CSEET qualifying criteria. As per the criteria, candidates must score a minimum of 40% in each subject and 50% in aggregate of all subjects. Check the table below:

Q:   Can I appear for both modules of ICSI CS Executive exam together?
A:

Yes, candidates can appear for both modules of ICSI CS Executive exam together. ICSI has commenced the registrations for CS Executive June 2026 for single group. Candidates can apply for CS Executive June 2026 single group till January 31, 2026. However, candidates are advised to appear for both groups when they have prepared well for all 8 papers. While some students prefer to appear for one group at a time to focus on subjects better.

Q:   If I have not cleared class 12th examination, can I apply for CSEET?
A:

If a candidate has not cleared class 12th exmaination, he/she will not be able to apply for CSEET exam. As per ICSI CSEET exam criteria, candidates must be appearing or passed in class 12th examination or equivalent to apply for exam. Candidates will be required to submit class 12th marksheet while applying for CS Executive examination.

Q:   How to appear for ICSI CS pre examination test?
A:

To appear for the ICSI CS Pre Examination Test (PET) candidates must follow steps below:

  • Visit official website of ICSI
  • Click on 'E-learning' tab followed by Pre-Interview Test (PET) tab
  • Select the examination and module
  • Enter the login details- login ID is registration number (without any slash sign) suffix with @icsi.edu for example- If registration number is 1234567/10/2018 then login ID will be 1234567102018 [at]icsi.edu and default password for first time login is Learn@1234
  • Appear for the Pre-interview test online.

ICSI CSEET Results 2025

ICSI releases the CSEET results soon after the exam is conducted. The CSEET November 2025 exam was held on November 08 and 10, in remote proctored mode. The ICSI CSEET result Nov 2025 has been announced on the official website. Candidates can check their section-wise and overall scores. Candidates must note that the validity of CSEET result is of one year from the date of announcement. Therefore, CSEET November 2025 result will be valid till November 20, 2026. Qualified candidates can now apply for CS Executive examination online.

What After CSEET Result Declaration?

Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria will be able to register for the next stage of CS course- CS Executive programme. The ICSI CS Executive registrations are open throughout the year. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the ICSI CS important dates for single and both module registrations.

Q:   How many attempts can I give for ICSI CS examination?
A:
  • A candidate is required to complete the Executive and the Professional examination within the registration period.
  • In case, candidate wants to extend the period he/she will be required to pay the requisite fee for the same.
  • Student registration is valid for 5 years. A registered student shall be required to complete the Executive Programme and Professional Programme examinations within the normal valid registration period of five years.
Q:   How many attempts are there in CSEET?
A:

There are no prescribed number of attempts for CSEET. Candidates can appear for the CSEET exam in multiple attempts until qualified. The validity of the CSEET scorecard is one year. ICSI conducts CSEET examination four times in ayear i.e, January, May, July and November. Candidates can choose to appear for any of the four sessions. However, candidates must stay updated with the cut off dates of CSEET examination.

Q:   What is the ICSI CS Executive eligibility criteria?
A:

CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below mentioned ICSI eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:

  • Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score. 
  • Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
  • Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Arts, Science, and Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission to the CS Executive programme.
  • Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age.
