CSEET Pass Percentage

ICSI CSEET 2026 pass percentage shows percentage of students who have cleared the CS Executive Entrance Test. Candidates are declared 'pass' when they meet the qualifying criteria both section-wise and overall. CSEET June 2026 pass percentage will be announced by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with result. ICSI CSEET results June 2026 will be declared at icsi.edu. Once released, candidates can download the scorecard PDF online.

ICSI CSEET Pass Percentage 2026- Qualifying Criteria

To be declared pass, candidates must meet the CSEET qualifying criteria. As per the criteria, candidates must score a minimum of 40% in each subject and 50% in aggregate of all subjects. Check the table below:

Q:   When can I apply for CS Executive Programme examination?
A: 

Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam will be able to apply for the CS Executive exam. CSEET January 2026 result was announced on January 20. Candidates who are declared 'pass' can register for the CS Executive exam (single group). 

The CS Executive June 2026 exam dates have been announced. The exam will be held from June 01 onwards. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the cutoff dates of ICSI CS Executive June/December session at https://www.shiksha.com/college/icsi-delhi-institute-of-company-secretaries-of-india/icsi-exam-dates.

Q:   I have not cleared the ICSI CS Executive examination. Can I re-appear for exam?
A: 

If not cleared, candidates can choose to re-appear for the ICSI CS executive examination for the upcoming session. ICSI conducts CS Executive exam twice in a year- June and December. Candidates can re-appear for the exam if they have not cleared the examination in current attempt. Such candidates must ensure to enroll for the exam within the given period. The CS Executive June 2026 enrolment without late fee will commence on February 26.

Q:   How to appear for ICSI CS pre examination test?
A: 

To appear for the ICSI CS Pre Examination Test (PET) candidates must follow steps below:

  • Visit official website of ICSI
  • Click on 'E-learning' tab followed by Pre-Interview Test (PET) tab
  • Select the examination and module
  • Enter the login details- login ID is registration number (without any slash sign) suffix with @icsi.edu for example- If registration number is 1234567/10/2018 then login ID will be 1234567102018 [at]icsi.edu and default password for first time login is Learn@1234
  • Appear for the Pre-interview test online.
Q:   What is the ICSI CS Executive eligibility criteria?
A: 

CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below mentioned ICSI eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:

  • Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score. 
  • Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
  • Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Arts, Science, and Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission to the CS Executive programme.
  • Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age.

Q:   What are the levels for becoming CS?
A: 

To become a Company Secretary candidates will have to pass the three levels prescribed below:

  1. CSEET: CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry-level examination afor class 12th candidates. 
  2. CS Executive Exam: After clearing the CSEET exam or having a Bachelors degree as per the eligibility criteria, candidates can register and enroll for the CS Executive exam.
  3. CS Professional Exam: After clearing the CS Executive examination, candidates can enroll for the CS Professional programme.
Q:   What percentage is required for ICSI CS after the 12th?
A: 

Students who have completed their 10+2 education in any stream can apply for the ICSI CS course. Candidates require no minimum percentage to appear/apply for the CS examination. Class 12th passed candidates must appear for the CSEET examination and score a minimum of 50% marks overall and 40% in each subject to qualify for the CS Executive examination.

ICSI releases the CSEET results soon after the exam is conducted. CSEET June 2026 exam will be held on June 01, 02, 03 and 04 in offline mode.
