IIM Kozhikode launches Four-Year BMS (Honours with Research) Programme

This full-time four-year UG degree, Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS – Honours with Research) programme, commencing in the academic year 2025–26, will be offered at the institute’s Kochi Campus.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) has announced the launch of its Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS – Honours with Research) programme. This full-time four-year UG degree, commencing in the academic year 2025–26, will be offered at the institute’s Kochi Campus.

BMS Programme with a Cutting-Edge Curriculum

The newly introduced IIMK BMS programme blends management education with interdisciplinary learning, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP). Students will graduate not only with a major in management, but will also have the opportunity to pursue stackable minors in emerging and diverse fields such as:

• Economics and Public Policy
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Psychology and Behavioural Sciences
• Finance and Big Data
• Liberal Studies

The curriculum spans eight semesters over four years and features flexible entry-exit options, an exchange semester, research and internship opportunities, and instruction from the world-class faculty of IIM Kozhikode.

The admission process kicks off with an aptitude test in June 2025, followed by personal interviews in July. The first batch of students is expected to begin classes in late August or early September 2025.
