The JEE Main 2024 result for session 1 was released at jeemain.nta.ac.in. The JEE Main 2024 scorecard link is available on the official website.

Percentage and percentile are not the same. A percentage is a number out of 100 whereas the percentile score is based on the relative performance of all the aspirants appearing in the exam.

National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the JEE Main 2024 result in online mode. It was released on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

CRL stands for the Common Rank List. NTA releases the cutoff in several categories one of which is CRL. However, CRL means unreserved category.

JEE Main 2024 result and scorecard are the same thing. After login to the website for checking their JEE Main result, students will come to know their scorecards with details of the percentile scores secured by them in each subject, aggregate percentile score, All India Rank and cutoff. 

JEE Advanced 2024 eligibility states that the top 2.5 lakh candidates of the JEE Main 2024 common rank list (CRL) will be eligible to take the IIT JEE exam on May 26, 2024.

The final result of JEE Main 2024 will be announced by considering the best scores from both sessions that is January and April.

A percentage is a number out of 100 whereas the percentile score of a candidate will reflect how many candidates have scored below that candidate in an exam.

In order to stop cheating using mobile networks, Jammers were installed in all the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Examination Centres to prevent unfair practices by the candidates during the examination through mobile or any other electronic device. The latest 5G Jammers were installed at all examination Centres for the first time.

The JEE Main 2024 Examination for Session 1 was conducted in 13 languages namely Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Candidates must be aware of the total number of attempts for the JEE Mains. He or she can appear in three consecutive years for the JEE Main Exam 2024. Also, each year, there are two sessions. So, in total six attempts for JEE Main 2024.

Students need to secure a rank of around or less than 3000 in JEE Main for admission to IIT Bombay. Also, for admission to Computer Science, a rank less than 100 in the JEE Main Entrance Test is required.

The JEE Main examination centres were also monitored using AI-based Video Analytics and Virtual Observers. 

A total of 23 students have received 100 percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 1. The result was released by the NTA on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The NTA successfully conducted the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 exam. The overall difficulty level of the JEE Main Paper 1 Exam 2024 was moderate. Some of the students' felt easy to moderate. Candidates need not have 75 percent marks in class 12 for appearing in JEE Main. According to the official brochure released by the NTA there is no minimum percentage required for appearing in the JEE Main.

To check the JEE Main 2024 result, candidates are required to use their login credentials, which are their application number and date of birth. Candidates can also use their application number and password to check the NTA JEE Main result.

IIT Madras will be holding JEE Advanced 2024. It will be conducted on May 26, 2024. The JEE Advanced 2024 application form will be available online from April 21, 2024 to April 30, 2024.

Mumbai’s Aryan Prakash scored 100 percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 1. Aryan already begun to prepare for JEE Advanced as he is focused on entering the IIT system, preferably the CSE branch at IIT Bombay. He told in an interview that he will appear for the second session of JEE Main but in studies, he has already shifted his focus to JEE Advanced 2024 preparation. He has his B plan ready. He said that "If I do not get into an IIT in a branch of my choice, I will join the Institute of Mathematical Sciences in Chennai."

Shivansh Nair scored a perfect score of 100 percentile in JEE Main 2024 session 1. He is 17-year-old and aims to study computer science engineering at IIT Bombay. He told in an interview that he used to take notes of the things taught and revise them at home. Additionally, he made it a practice to solve questions related to the topics discussed in class every day.

The NTA conducted JEE Main 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) in about 544 Centres in 291 Cities including 21 cities outside India. Candidates registered for Session 1 were 1221624, and those who appeared were 1170048.

As per the result announced by the NTA, Noida-based Bhavya Tiwari topped the JEE Main 2024 from Uttar Pradesh with a 99.9966033 percentile. He said in an interview,"I am happy to become the state topper, although a little disappointed too for narrowly missing the full 100 percentile." He further added "though I secured 100 percentile in Physics and Chemistry, I got a 99.99 in Maths which is how I missed a full percentile." 
Preparation mantra as per him is "NCERT books cover both aspects beautifully and there is no distraction. If a candidate stays focused, he can clear boards and JEE Main and Advanced together. It is important to make up one’s mind and then work towards a set goal."

JEE Mains score of 250 or above is considered to be good, and a score in the 85 to 95 percentile on the exam is optimal for admission to NITs and IITs.

General Category candidates need to score a minimum of 95 percentile score to get NITs. For reserved category candidates, an 80 percentile score is enough to get NITs.

A total of 23 students scored 100 marks in the JEE Mains 2024 examination. Bhavya is the only student from UP to score 99.9966033 percentile, as per the results announced by the NTA on February 13, 2024.
