JoSAA Counselling Round 4: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has released the JoSAA round 4 seat allotment result 2025 today. Candidates who have opted for slide/float in round 3 and all those who have not been allotted a seat yet, can get the JoSAA 2025 round 4 seat allotment result link at the official website: josaa.nic.in. They need to use the required login credentials to download the JoSAA round 4 seat allotment result 2025.

If a seat has been given through the JoSAA 2025 round 4 seat allotment process, then candidates are required to confirm their seat and complete online reporting processes. As per the schedule, between July 6 to 9, 2025, candidates are required to complete the online reporting process for JoSAA 2025 round 4.

Further, from July 7 to 9, 2025 candidates who wish to withdraw their allotted seat or exit the seat allocation process may do so. The final deadline for resolving any pending fee payment issues and responding to outstanding queries for Round 4 is July 10, 2025.

The round 4 JoSAA allotment status link has been activated. Candidates registered can check the steps given below to know how to download JoSAA 2025 round 4 seat allotment result:

Step 1: Visit the official JoSAA website: josaa.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for “Round 4 Seat Allotment Result”

Step 3: A new login page will be displyed

Step 4: Enter JEE Main application number and password on the login page

Step 5: Click on the JoSAA Round 4 seat allotment result link

Step 6: Check and download JoSAA seat allotment result for future reference

Once allotted a seat, candidates (if satisfied) must confirm the seat. The seat confirmation requires them to choose one of the following options: freeze, float, or slide. The online reporting process includes payment of the seat allotment fee, uploading of required documents, and addressing any queries that may be raised.

They first have to download the provisional JoSAA allotment letter, which is available on their dashboard. They are then required to upload all the specified documents as per the requirements of their preferred institution (IIT or NIT+ system). After completing the document upload, they must pay the seat acceptance fee according to their category.

Students can check details about JEE Main important chapter and topics from this page. While it is necessary that students pay special attention to chapters with high weightage, it is highly advised that they cover the full JEE Mains syllabus.
