
IIM Lucknow has extended the application deadline for its bMBA program till August 31, 2025. The program, starting September 25, offers a flexible mix of online and campus learning for working professionals and entrepreneurs.
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has extended the application deadline for blended MBA (bMBA) program until August 31, 2025. The program, designed for working professionals and entrepreneurs seeking to fast-track their careers, will commence on September 25, 2025. Interested candidates can apply through the institute’s official portal: IIM Lucknow bMBA.
The blended MBA course combines online and on-campus learning, offering participants the flexibility of virtual live sessions along with the immersive experience of face-to-face interactions at institute’s campus. With state-of-the-art lecture halls, digital learning platforms, and case-based teaching methods, the program aims to deliver a seamless and practical learning experience.
As per the IIM- Lucknow, the bMBA is guided by the credo “Lead Smarter: Anytime, Anywhere through flexible, future-ready learning.” Its core features include a modular and integrated structure tailored to balance work and study, application-oriented learning with immediate workplace relevance, exposure to emerging tools and technologies, and a strong emphasis on building ethical, responsible leadership.
Highlighting the vision behind the program, Prof. Sanjay Singh, Dean (Programmes), IIM Lucknow, said, “This program is designed to have a perfect work-academic-life balance, without any compromise on the learning aspect of it. The blended MBA is more than a formal degree; it’s a gateway for ambitious professionals to learn, innovate, and lead with impact. The curriculum will incorporate case studies, group discussions, software training, and project-based learning to enhance critical skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. The program is also designed to encourage continuous learning, a key trait for sustainable leadership in both Indian and global contexts.
Eligibility and Admission
The program is open to professionals and entrepreneurs with a minimum of three years of full-time work experience after graduation. Applicants must also have completed at least 15 years of formal education (10+2+3 or 4 system) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. A valid CAT, GRE, GMAT, or GATE score (from the past five years) is required.
Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow provides admission to FPM courses based on GMAT/CAT/GRE/CSIR NET score followed by a personal interview round. IIM Lucknow also offers Fellowship Programme for Management to students with a master's degree. Apart from the FPM course, this Management institute also offers a part-time non-residential Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM).
Additionally, candidates holding professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Cost and Management Accountant (ICWA/CMA) or equivalent foreign degrees recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) are also eligible. Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on their academic profile, test scores, and work experience, followed by an online interview for final selection.
