Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LTIMindtree a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, to launch a one-year Blended Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPEx) in AI-led Experience Design. This initiative marks a significant step in equipping professionals with advanced capabilities in customer experience (CX) design, powered by artificial intelligence.
