For GITAM admission, students should pass the GITAM Admission Test. It is a computer based online test held across major cities in India. Candidates who have scored well on the GATE, JEE, TS EAMCET or Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exams are eligible to apply for admission. 

GITAM Bangalore BSc seats are allocated based on applicants’ scores in the GITAM Aptitude Exam. Thus, it is mandatory for students to take the GAT exam. Eligibility Criteria: Any candidate with a minimum of 50% or 5.0 CGPA (55% in the case of CBSE, ICSE, ISCSE, IGSCE, and IB) in Class 12 is eligible to apply. However, to be eligible for BSc Computer Science with Cognitive Systems, a candidate must have scored 60% or 6.0 CGPA in Class 12.

GITAM University Bangalore BSc admissions are made based on GAT scores. Students interested in taking admission at GITAM must first apply and appear for the GITAM Admission Test (GAT). After the GAT results are announced, the college prepares a rank list based on the scores. Based on the rank list, students are shortlisted for the counseling process.

After that, GITAM BSc seats are allocated based on GAT scores and university’s BSc seat intake. Students who get allocated a seat must then report to the institute with their official documents. The admission committee then verifies the documents. Once the verification is done, the student must pay the fees to secure admission at GITAM University Bangalore.
