TSEdCET cut off is the minimum marks needed to pass the exam. Usually, general category students need around 25% marks. There is no minimum qualifying mark for reserved categories.
The regular BEd is for 2 years whereas the integrated courses like BA BEd, BSc BEd are for 4 years.
