Yes, there is qualifying marks in the APEdCET. However, it is for all candidates (except SC/ST) candidates. As per the qualifying marks, 37 out of the total marks (i.e. 25%) alloted to the question paper need to be scored by the exam body. There will be no minimum qualifying marks for women in Physical Sciences / Mathematics methodologies as well.
The exam body prescribes the Andhra Pradesh EDCET minimum qualifying marks 2025. The minimum qualifying marks are the lowest marks which candidates need to score in order to clear the exam. The minimum qualifying mark for the Andhra Pradesh EDCET 2025 exam is 25% for the unreserved categories. No minimum qualifying marks have been prescribed for the SC/ST categories. As per the official brochure, the qualifying marks in Andhra Pradesh EdCET (except for SC/ST category candidates) are 37 out of total marks. For SC/ST category candidates, there will be no qualifying marks for ranking. However, candidates can check the APEdCEt marking scheme as well here. In APEdCET exam, one mark is allotted for every correct answer in the exam. There is no negative for an incorrect answer in the exam.
