Normally in February every year, a notification from ICAR is given for admission to Diploma, UG, PG and Doctoral courses of various Agricultural Universities and Colleges of ICAR and States. The process is online for this a link is provided on the ICAR website http://www.icar.org.in and also on the websites of agricultural universities and colleges.
There is an online entrance exam like JEE, AIEE, etc. in the second week of June, based on the course applied among the eligible candidates. The result is declared in four weeks. The eligible candidates are called for counselling at Delhi and are given a choice from their preference purely on merit bases however category reserved seats, SC, OBC etc. are called first.
OUAT offers UG degree in BSc. The college offeres BSc in various specialisations such as Horiculture, Forestry, Fishery ad many more. The students looking to get admission into the BSc course must fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements. The students must apply for the course from official website of college. They have to appear for OUAT entrance exam. Based on the score, they are given admissions in the college.
