Yes, candidates can take direct admission at JECRC University based on merit in last qualifying exam. The college offers both merit-based as well as entrance-based admission. Candidates with entrance exam score are given more preference.

NEET MDS is a computer-based exam of three hours duration with two time-bound sections. Part A was for 75 minutes and had 100 questions. Part B had 140 questions to be solved in105 minutes. The timing of the exam was 2 PM to 5 PM. There were a total of 240 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the NEET MDS syllabus. I am belonging to unreserved category so I am not able to give you the details of reservation benefits. I think the college procedure is quite good so I don't think any improvement is requiring in admission process.

The placement percentage has not been released on the official website. However, the University has concluded the recent placements with the average package of INR 10 LPA. More than 400 recruiters visited the campus and placed students. The highest salary offered was IR 1.5 Cr per annum.
