The syllabus of MSc Computer Science covers core aspects and fundamental knowledge of essential subjects such as operating systems, computer networks, data science, full stack web development and other programming languages. • Graduates who have passed the qualifying examination in CBCS Pattern-2013 admission onwards (BSc in relevant subjects) with at least 5.5 CGPA out of 10 (2.2 CGPA out of 4 for graduates who have passed qualifying examination in CBCS Pattern-prior to 2013) can apply for Kerala University MSc.
• Graduates who have passed qualifying examination (BSc) in annual scheme/ other pattern with at least 55% aggregate can also apply.

The MSc placement report 2024 is not released as of now. However, as per the university NIRF report 2025, the median package offered during MG University PG 2-year placements in 2024 stood at INR 5.5 LPA. University of Calicut is a good university. Calicut University, also known as The University of Calicut, is a state-private university that was established in 1968 in Calicut. Kannur University offers a Diploma in Tulu which is a one-year course. The course duration is further divided into two semesters. The university conducts classes for the programme on only on Saturdays. Over one year, there are 200 teaching hours in total. The medium of instruction and examination is Kannada. The course curriculum includes learning about the history and literature of Tulu. It also includes a project work which can be carried out as field work or desk work. A written project/document must be submitted to the University at the end of the second semester. The project is evaluated by an external examiner.
