If you are a Tamil Nadu resident than you will be eligible for Anna University or you can go for other private colleges. For government colleges you should have cleared JEE Mains and Advanced.

Admissions to engineering colleges in TN are restricted to domiciles of TN only. Of course, you can seek admission under management quota seats of private unaided colleges.

To get seat in desired college is actually dependent on how those ahead of you give their choice! But luck may still shine on you in subsequent rounds in not in first. Keep the hopes alive till last round of counseling.

Hello Mahesh, You have not mentioned any name hence I will respond generally. If you are interested in studying Aeronautical engineering then you must appear for and clear CET of your state fir admission in engineering colleges. JEE Advanced also will take you to the same destination. In addition, you need to take entrance exam if different deemed to be Universities that offer this branch. Eligibility is normally 50% in 12th for state colleges, 75% for IITs and similar marks in deemed to be Universities. Fees are generally in the range of Rs.50K per semester.
