Hello Shivendra, Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th by IIT's. Hence if you can score 75% or more in Diploma then you can compete with other 12th pass students in JEE Mains & JEE Advanced & can seek admission in any IIT. But if you desire to seek admission in lateral mode then you need to follow steps given on the webpage of dte of tech edu of your state. Here you will find civil Diploma holders are eligible for which different branches of engineering.
