Yes, materials have a great scope in India. But BE in aeronautical engineering will not make you eligible to study for a degree in materials. If you can perhaps rephrase or ask with a little bit more clarity your query, a better answer can be given.

Salary or CTC is never dependent on education qualification. In fact, Ph.D. is required perhaps only in the teaching line. So if you have no previous experience, your CTC could vary between Rs. 5 to Rs.15 lacs per annum.

No, college will give guarantee for placements, unless they have entered into an unholy nexus with some prospective employers. The case is same here also.

Normally, private colleges do not offer any concession in fees, but dish out scholarships for meritorious students. But, details are invariably not announced publicly. You will have to approach the administration of the college to know details.

Unfortunately, no NIT is offering this course hence JEE Mains score is not of much use. Yes, your score in MHCET is likely to get you admission. In few days time, registration for filling up seats will begin in Maharashtra. So keep track of announcement and register yourself online. Another method is to seek management quota. For this, you will have to contact the college individually.
