IILM University Gurugram offers a 4 years programme in Interior Design. The eligibility criteria for the programme is candidate must have passed 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognised Board / University; securing minimum of 50% marks.

The course begins with foundation studies where students are introduced to the basic principles of design fundamentals. From the second year on, students dive into core courses in their choice of specialization. Practical and theoretical courses will help develop creativity, research, and critical reasoning skills alongside university electives that will broaden perspectives.

To get admission in a BDes course of Pearl Academy Mumbai, aspirants are selected based on performance in the entrance exam conducted by the academy. Candidates shortlisted based on score in the exam are called for the interview round and portfolio presentation. Apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirement.

Candidates should have passed class 12 in any stream from a recognised board with aggregate 50% marks to take admission in Bachelor of Design course. For Master of Design, candidates should have Bachelor's degree in any stream with an aggregate 50% marks. Candidates appearing in last semester of their Bachelor's degree can also apply.

Admission to BDes course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview round for final selection.

The eligibility is not much tougher than B.Tech and BE degrees in amity. For admission to BDes at Amity School of Fashion Technology, the eligibility criteria are to pass Class 12  minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised institute

The Eligibility Criteria :

  1. Eligibility: Class 12 (agg. 50%) Aggregate
  2. Selection Process: Creative Test & Personal Interview

Compared to candidates' marks in Class 12, the university checks their performance in personal interviews as well.

To take admission in B.des candidates must have a good percentage in 12th. You can apply just by filling the application form on their website. Scores of Nift and fashion designing exams are also valid.

For BDes course candidates should have passed Class 12 with atleast 60% marks. Clearing entrance test is mandatory for admission. Candidates should have good communication and presentation skills.

Candidates who have passed class 12 in the Science stream with 45% to 50% aggregate are eligible for the BDes programme at Shivaji University. Admission to the BDes is based on candidates' performance in the last qualifying exam. Shivaji University offers BDes Courses in Interior Design,  Furniture Design,  Product Design, and Set Design.

The eligibility criteria for BDes (Humanising Technology) course at NMIMS School of Design is that candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination in any stream and should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised Board. International Baccalaureate Diploma (I.B. certificate / & D.P. awarded candidates) are eligible only if they have cleared their I.B. exam with a total of 24 credits (compulsory) and passed 3 H.L. & 3 S.L. mandatorily.
