The Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) does not provide a B.Tech programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering. SCMHRD is well-known for its management programmes, including the MBA and Executive MBA, which provide a variety of specialisations in management and business administration. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, NMKRV College for Women did not offer a B.Tech programme in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. However, it's important to note that academic programs can change over time, and new programs may have been introduced since then. I recommend visiting the official website of NMKRV College for Women or contacting the institution directly to get the most accurate and up-to-date information about the programs they offer.
