B.Pharma more of medicines and pharmaceutical related field. You can have a good career in the field of medicines, this is one of many fields of Biology. So, much of interest for those who have background of Biology. On the other hand, Biotech is more of interest for both biology and Physics /Chemisty/Maths students. Research oriented students can definitely look forward for this field. Top institutes like IITs/NITs will be good enough to start a career in this field.
B.Pharma -
Candidates willing for Master's Degree and then for further research work can go for it. Those who want to become teacher or lecturer also are suitable for this course. They should have good knowledge of Pharma Industry and other updates about it. A candidate can pursue a Master Degree in Pharmacy which offers various specialization like Pharmacognosy, pharmacology etc. After obtaining a Pharmacy degree, and registering with the state Pharmacy Council, one can start his/her own Pharmacy or Chemist Shop to stock and sell medicines. Biotechnology-Candidates should have a scientific aptitude and a keen interest in the biological sciences. He should be methodical and patient by nature, able to work neatly and accurately and have flair for laboratory work can go the course. The ability to work independently is another important aspect, ability to use computers in work is very important; biotechnologist needs certain skill of problem solving, information technology skill, analyzing and interpreting skills also are able for it. He should be methodical and patient by nature, able to work neatly and accurately and have a flair for laboratory work. They can find careers with pharmaceutical companies, chemical, agriculture and allied industries. There is a large-scale employment in research laboratories run by the government as well as the corporate sector. Degree holders in India may find work in a government-based entity such as universities, research institutes or at private centers as research scientists/ assistants.

It depends on personal choice of candidate who wants to do M.Sc. Being biochemist, I feel M.Sc. In biochemistry is better, however, future scope in M.Sc. In Chemistry is not less. Biochemistry deals with study of chemical basis of life in living organism including plants and animals. It is very much developed Science and has following branches:-

Medical biochemistry
Clinical biochemistry
Plant biochemistry
Environmental biochemistry
Nutrition biochemistry
Industrial biochemistry, molecular biology and genetics etc. Study of Biochemistry has good scope like in teaching in medical and dental college, clinical research, pharma industry, pathology labs, nutrition biochemistry, etc. There is lot of scope abroad also.
