For being a pilot, you should be 17-years old, 12th-grade pass with physics and maths with at least 50% marks.
After that, you have to go for medical test Class 1 and class II.
After clearing medical, you can join any flying clubs in India for flight training and ground classes.
With this training, you have to clear 6 exams of DGCA to get the Indian Commercial Pilot license.
The total cost of all this will be around 3500000 INR.

All the colleges you mentioned above have their own entrance examinations for admission into engineering courses. SRM conducts SRMJEEE entrance examination, BITS, Pilani conducts BITSAT entrance examination, VIT conducts VITEEE entrance examination.
