You can mostly get civil or chemical engineering. If you wish to go to a better branch then you would have to pay extra fees as your score is not that good enough for mechanical or CSE.

Hi,
You are not eligible for MBA because you are not a graduate. You are advised to do graduation degree first to seek admission in MBA. Diploma in engineering after 10+2 is not equivalent to degree because it is 10+3 course not 10+2+3 years course.
