It is the only public university in Luxembourg and thus provides higher education at an affordable cost. The university is ranked =355 in the QS World University rankings 2025 list and the average annual cost of studying is INR 70.7 K for UG courses and INR 17.67 K - 21.21 L for PG courses.

One can choose any bachelor's course provided by the University if you have passed Grade 12 from a recognised equaivalent board as approved by the National Ministry of Education in Luxembourg. If you are looking for courses to opt, they offer commerce related courses in their Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance. The academic eligibility to apply is secondary school Diploma recognised by the National Ministry of Education as equivalent. English proficiency of B2 level is needed.
